is a seasoned senior executive recognized for delivering high-impact operational results and navigating complex business transformations. With deep industrial expertise spanning maritime logistics, port operations, and industrial automation,
he has a proven ability to scale organisations in technically demanding sectors.
Following his tenure as the CEO of Kalmar’s global €2B business, Michel transitioned into a strategic advisor and board member. He now focuses on accelerating the growth of tech startups and supporting PE firms in optimising mid-cap investments.
Being a visionary leader with a sharp strategic lens, the intersection of Ai integration for autonomous operations has been his natural focus. As the Chair of InkAi, Michel will drive sustainable value with deep executive expertise of the end markets for InkAi and harnessing the Ai expertise of the founders into a powerful strategic vision for the company.
Dr Rafiq Swash

Dr Rafiq Swash
is the Founder and CEO of InkAi, building the next generation of Ai Digital infrastructure to make industrial operations safer, self-aware and more sustainable. A serial deep-tech entrepreneur, he previously founded Aidrivers and Didrivers, pioneering autonomous mobility and robotics solutions for ports and industrial logistics.
With over a decade of experience with a strong technical background at the intersection of deep-tech, academia, and industry, he is a visionary leader in Ai, autonomous systems, industrial robotics, and digital infrastructure.
Dr. Swash holds a PhD in Holoscopic 3D Imaging and Display Sensors from Brunel University of London and has completed executive programs in entrepreneurship and venture finance at the University of Oxford, as well as high-impact leadership at the University of Cambridge.

is the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at InkAi, an Ai infrastructure company advancing digital systems for safe, optimized, and sustainable industrial operations. He leads InkAi’s product portfolio and drives innovation across industrial verticals and delivering value at scale.
A seasoned entrepreneur, Dr. Hasnain has a proven track record of successful ventures and exits. He has founded tech startups across Virtual and Augmented Reality displays, Autonomous Vehicles, and Smart Cities, distinguishing himself as a builder who turns his vision into tangible, market-ready solutions.
Dr. Hasnain earned an award-winning PhD in optical sensors and electronics from the National University of Singapore, where he developed advanced imaging techniques for brain research. His technical expertise spans robotics, MedTech, VR/AR, AI/AV, and Smart Cities.
Dr Lijun Luo

Dr Lijun Luo
is the Chief Ai Scientist at InkAI, an infrastructure company with a mission driving Ai digital infrastructure that meets the evolving needs of industrial operations for safety, optimisation and sustainability. He leads the company’s initiatives in Ai and spatial intelligence.
Before joining InkAi, Dr. Luo served as Chief Scientist at Aidrivers and Genesys Research UK, where he led teams and projects spanning technology innovation, product development, and applied research.
With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Luo has specialized in designing Ai algorithms and system architectures for industrial applications, including smart cities, autonomous driving, humanoid robotics, and 5G/6G/LEO satellite communications. He holds a Ph.D. in 2D/3D Video Analytics from Southeast University.
